   • information about how to contact us
   • details on your new account (login info, etc.)
   • a request for more info about your organization's needs for bandwidth and server space
   • info on how to transfer your existing website (we can help, if you need it!)
3. You send us back the information and any questions you may have
4. We do whatever we can to complete the process
